funny how they don't support this casino because of the problems it may bring to the habitual gamblers and their families....hmmm but yet not a word is said when someone wants to open a new bar and the problems it would bring to the alcoholics and their families.

so everyone should be able to just take a snow day and call in to work?? Hmmm...so if by chance, in the middle of a storm, you had to come to the emergency room of a hospital in need medical attention, and/or emergency surgery, or say someone you knows goes into labor, you won't complain when there is no staff available to help you because everyone took a snow day??? think before you post please and realize that there MANY people that just CAN'T call in whatever the reason...

well seeing as how Mike is now in another band with Sammy (its called Chickenfoot--not bad either)I dont believe Mike will ever come back...I think the Van Halen brothers have to take a look at themselves and figure out why people dont want to stick around with them. The tour with Dave was alright (saw them in Chicago--nice to hear the classics with Dave singing em!) But I wouldnt hold my breath too long about a new album/tour...too many egos, health issues, and a young bass player with a mom that knows what goes on on the road!

I have been in the position you were in Greg...but with a different outcome. About a year and a half ago I was out taking my dog for a walk...about two blocks from my home...same route we had been walking many times. I remember seeing a black blur come bolting out of a garage...the dog (pit bull mix) charged my dog (medium size mix) and basically attacked him...while trying to save my dog the pit bull turned his attention to me...needless to say numerous stitches...multiple surgeries (1 for my dog and 3 for my nerve damaged arm/hand). Thankfully two neighbors came to my aid...while the dog's owner sat inside completely unaware that his dog left the garage. I am relieved to say that the pit bull was put down within days...but of course the owner is still fighting in court over my medical bills...so everyon posting on here and giving Greg grief about overeacting...think again.
