Why does WI-DOT love waste money upgrade road/highway because Road Constuctor Company or Organization hired lobbyist to do sell or bark at WI-DOT. Keep spend on unnecessary upgrade or new highway like Hwy 90? It should be three lane highway instead two land highway? HUH?!? too crowded on HWY90 between Stateline to Madison

I don't think China Language is that important unless person is interesting China course with afterschool or online. Other, There should have American Sign Language is very demand -job career around here for education interpreter, freelance, court interpreter and Relay service for deaf customer call service or anyone who is hearing person. It pay between $20-50 per hours.
School Adm. should survey how many students will use foreign language for career job? Quit spend waste taxpayer's dollars if kids don't want learn any foreign language.
