On GM to lay off more employees

I'm not a GM hater, I feel for all of you. You are going to lose your job, period. It's not the end of the world though and certainly not the end of Janesville. Get up, get prepared and motivated and find something else. That's what anyone else would do. Janesville will go through a rough period and will have little if any growth for a while but to say the city will die when GM leaves is ridiculous. If people were as concerned about the flooding as they are about GM we could have the entire shore of the Rock river sand bagged. I wish all of you GM employees the best but at some point you're going to have to try and move on.

This is they way everyone at the plant needs to think. Don't just accept defeat. Fight for everything you have. It's been proven by Lansing that it can work. I'm not a GM worker but I would be sad to see it go. I'd really like to see what a 100 GM employees and Janesville citizens could do together if they were really passionate about this.
