First of this is the north side of Milwaukee. The area is very run down that this happened in. Read a Milwaukee paper and it givee the adress. I for one know working in the area it happened I would not be caught there after dark. You people that live in your Rose colored world need to wake up and see not every town has it the same way Janesville ha it there are places worse off where teens run out of control and have very little family life if any. Yes we have laws and such but most of the times in larger areas such as milwaukee unless somthing like this happens nothing is done

I find it funny that all three parks listed for improvment all invole park where hoeseback riding is allowed. Maybe some one should take a good long look and see what is not allowed in the county parks. BIKES. Thats right no bikes in county parks. Somthing is wrong with that in My eyes. I have no problem with horses and their trails but do have a problem that the county dosnt allow any type of biking other than on the paved or improved roads.

Joe I agree.If the sidewalks are in ok. I do have concerns over the kindergarten students but it wouldn't be that much diffrent than when I grew up in Beloit. I mean not like you who had to walk up hill barefoot both ways in ten feet of snow 20 miles. Also the bubblegum kid says hi along with the wife.

There is no one in our govermembt not at fault. If the dems were in the white hose we would blame them. The problem has been around my entire life. How every one forgets the gas shortages in the 70s. I was only a small child but remeber. We as a country then needed to do more to solve our energy independece but nothing. Neiter the Democrats or the Republicans. Neither side will work with the other to get any thing done. Both want the credit to make themselves look good. That is all that matters to me. I say to Paul Ryan step up now. This is your home town. Not Washinton. I say the same to Herb Kohl and the other wack job in the senate work with the oter party and do whats best for this state and country.
