I work at a Janesville retailer and apprehend shoplifters all the time. A common denominator as to the reason for a majority of the thefts is dope. Everything from marijuana to crack/cocaine are common. These people don't usually have jobs- so they have to get the money somehow, whether its shoplifting or breaking into your car or your house to get money for their habit. 10 years on the job, and I have yet to hear a thief say they stole to support their alcohol habit by the way..

If you think you can do better then go apply to a mail carrier, alethia. I'd like to see you walk through unshoveled, ice covered sidewalks, in 5 degree weather in the middle of a blizzard just to get yelled at because you don't have someones 1st of the month check.
