City workers welcome to the real world. Most every working person is paying for their pension and health insurance. Those people have made cutbacks to spending so it is about time you give it a try. Be thankful you have a job. I have been unemployed for 3 years living off my savings.

etown...just because it is a Senior aprtments there is no need to check the grounds daily for dead bodies....especially looking in the dumpster daily

I am guessing this part of the interstate did not have median protection similar to other areas north of Janesville. Does not make sense to put them in some locations and not in others. Way to go DOT

For all the people who work for a private employer which is the majority of the people in the area. Their company management says the insurance premiums are going up and our contribution to your 401K will be discontinued.
Also pay raises are being frozen for the next year. Gee these people are loosing a lot more than the 5.8% teachers, city workers, etc. are loosing. Do you think they will get merit pay?
I THINK NOT!!! Wake up city council.
