I have to agree that there's something up with the maintenance crew! Isn't there there any records that stated someone complained? Each time I complained I said exactly where the smell was coming from and each time I was told "we'll call maintenance"!!

this is sickening to hear! I am one who has needed Badgercare in the past, I still do but we do not qualify anymore.. they totally need to limit some of the spending that the people that milk this do! That would help tremendously! My neighbor for instance is a single mother, but her bf does live with her, shes just not married to him. She has every govt paid program being given to her and is on the free Badgercare program, she is a frequent flyer of the local ambulance (she likes attention) and she also has every single surgery she can! Last year having both knees replaced .. Her kids as well are frequent visitors of the doc and have frequent surgeries. She has been fired from numerous jobs for stealing or abusing pain medications ... but yet she still has surgery or has her kids have surgery so she can replenish her cabinets of pain meds! This person is in her lower 30's and it just makes me sick! She's milking the system and screwing it up so badly for others!

I like the comment about trinkets .. my kids are also excited to get that junk too, they love the lil notebooks and stuff. However IN SOME CASES this stuff this article is talking about is NOT healthy! If my daughter got peanut butter crackers and granola bars she would be heartbroken! She has deathly peanut allergies. If she gets a Reeses it comes out right away and daddy eats it later ..
Now isnt that the real point of Halloween candy?
So mom and dad can sneak it after they go to bed and have their own stash?? We think it is ;-)
