I believe as many Americans do that health care does need to be reformed, but the problem is make some changes and reform some of it first before throwing in 40 some million people into it and then reforming it. What a disaster! And it is very unfortunate, but here in America we are not promised health care. It is not a right to have health care. It is a privledge that is worked for. Also, these politicians on both sides are so out of touch. The average politician makes 175K a year, they have their own personal barber in the house, a gas fill up in the house, etc. It's time they go back to their original title "public servants" and we put terms on these sleeze bags so they can't serve for 50+ years. If they can pass this health care bill I say they need to adhere to the same health care. Why are they above us? Finally, look at the current systems that the government controls...Medicare and Medicaid is a disaster and take a look at VA hospitals. VA's are like walking into a 3rd world country. There is your health coverage America.

The problem with this waste of stimulus money is the amount of money going towards wasteful projects such as this. In FL they are spending 3 million dollars on a turtle tunnel for the turtles to cross the road! These projects will not create LONG term jobs. Besides, the majority of the money will be spent towards the 2nd and 3rd year of the presidents term so people will think he "fixed" the economy because so many jobs are being "created"

I can't wait for "New Moon" from the Twilight saga. Although, the books are amazing, I was disappointed in the first movie compared to the book, so hopefully the second movie is great!

Our stimulus money is already hard at work...3.4 Million dollars is going to a turtle tunnel in Florida to help turtles cross the highway. Why not give that 3.4 million to a small business owner so it will actually create a long term investment?

What I find interesting about this article is that they failed to bring up the rest of this interview which included him talking about a bill that was just passed LATE Friday H.R. 2425 which will cost all of us LOADS of money. The house was given 1,500 pages to read in less than 24 hours. This is an energy bill that will increase our electric, natural gas, fuel, etc. Now is not the time for increases! The books are excellent! I have read both Harry Potter and the Twilight series. They both suck you in and I highly recommend them. I do prefer the books over the movie though. You should check them out :-)
