The 9th paragraph says it all. The VOTERS are the important people in this, and they don't want it.
Those council members are acting on behalf of the people they represent, the residents who voted them into office.
Suing for 99.8 million? Gimme a break. What kind of entitled spoiled arrogant contractor is this anyway? Chicago bully political crap don't work that way here in Wisconsin.

You need to call your District Attorney and call it to their attention. This kind of crooked politics is like old time Chigago. Why are 4 people running this village against laws to serve their own interests????
Not to mention they are costing those taxpayers money to do it. Don't the taxpayers know? Are these 4 board members rich people who are buying votes or what?
How is this even happening?
