On Striking a balance

No identity confusion or complaints, friends :) Just a scenario and query out to all those moms whose husbands work long hours and hopefully a bit of support to them :)Loving the time my daughter and I have, and the fact that achieving that balance is "tricky" just means one must be a bit more creative :)

I do believe some public schools are more relaxed about saying the word God, or talking about God. My public school teaching experience occurred in the "Bible belt", and we also taught different December holidays, but, for Christmas, we could only speak of Santa, and not the Nativity.

Anthropology was one of my favorite classes in college--I loved the study of other cultures, and the history of.....

It's true, there are many public school teachers who choose to homeschool...it would be interesting to study this to see if they all have in common some of the same reasons for choosing homeschooling over public schooling....
