therightside the dna has not come back yet and that will tell everything. it should be a couple of weeks and then people will know if it is the truth or a lie. I really do think that until that happens people should just quit talking about it. This is just ridiculous!!

i think it is very sad that it has gotten to the point of any female yelling rape and the guy is screwed. They should need to have proof before throwing him in jail. This is all a load of crap!

and, if you all think that police officers do not drink and drive or attend parties you are sadly mistaken. I have dated a police officer and have seen it first hand. not all, but some do.

there was loud music..he would not have heard anyone coming up the stairs and he was not laying in bed with her. He was standing by her and he was talking to her. i was one of the 2 that walked upstairs. i think we will be seeing a lawsuit on her for false accusations. She will be paying for a very long time.

actually no i did not drink but, i did hear what she said to the police officer..and this is not correct. She did not say anything about it until about an hour and a half after it would have happened and you would think that she would have called the police somewhat quick. they showed up about 3-4 hours after. her story changed a couple times and if people would know the real story it would lean more to she is lying! We will see when the dna test comes back.
