My neighbors recieved a check this morning that was from "Delta" in the amount of about $2,700 to cover taxes and that he had actually won, $145,000. He showed it to me right away and I told him to run it down to the bank. we already knew it was fake, but still. Some people may get so caught up in the excitment of "winning" that kind of money and then end up paying for it in the end...

I agree with you, I think it would be awesome to have GM as more of a shelter and resource center, its not as "residential" as the fourth ward building. I personally don't see why people have such an issue with a homeless shelter being in the fourth ward when there is far worse going on down there then some men needing a place to sleep..seriously.
Does most of Janesville know that there is a couple Transitional Living Program's that are just normal houses? Unless you were told by the people who ran the building or by word-of-mouth, how would you know? Someone showed me the one right off center and I would have never known..!
