Re: your comment of 4/22 - all part-time officers did NOT decline to work. One was never offered the option.

Konopski has had no work scheduled for over 4 months. Had he been put on some fill-in time slots, it would have saved the village a ton of costly overtime.

But the little guy either doesn't like Konopski, or else he might be afraid of him.

Either way, Maltese is costing the village a TON of money.

Can YOU CONTEMPLATE THIS?

blacktaz - Maltese is not qualified to be chief. He doesn't even know how to do his present job. Ask any cop in Walworth County. He has asked THEM what to do on occasion.

He is such a potential liability to the village it's not funny.
