Good for you, glad your trip to the urgent care was a good one. Not the case for most of us, first the ER humm oh only a 4 hour wait while my foot is bleeding all over the floor, OK think I go home and stop the bleeding myself. Next morning trip to urgent care, wait about 30 minutes get called back to a room, still bleeding by the way. Sent back to the waiting room because there wasn't an open room. About 40 minutes later called back to a room to see the Dr. who was very surprised no one got me in sooner several stitches later I was on my way. First off the problem is under staffing the Nurse told me oh we are always busy on Sunday's and Monday's so next time I will wait until Tuesday to get hurt.What a joke!!!

ibroofer it really is very easy to do an online survey one per family computer, there are many ways to set that up. Any IT person can do it.

Janesvillean read it again I did not complain about the cost I said I sure hope the taxpayers money didn't pay for this. Figure it out if they sent out 3,000 surveys at a cost of $5,000.00 that was an expensive survey. Especially when only 874 came back. Why not do a survey online through the JPD website. I am in no way bashing the JPD I wish I would have gotten a survey they do a pretty good job. I am talking about the way the chief made this sound. The survey is talking percents ninety, eighty-three, seventy-seven percent of what? 874 people that live in a town of 45,000 it just doesn't add up.

This is one of the most stupid articles I have ever read. OK so the population in Janesville is roughly 45,000 people and only 3,000 surveys were sent out. There were 874 that responded, do the math that does not even equal a minority. The chief is acting like this is a big deal and oh wow the next survey will be in five years. I sure hope the tax payers money didn't pay for this.lol

Lions Beach what happened? What a great place that was to take the kids. Back in the late 70's I would take my kids everyday we had so much fun, why didn't the city take care of a natural beach? Oh ya I forgot we had to get Rock Port pool in, what a shame again in Janesville out with the old and in with the new. So let's get Riverside Park pool going that was another favorite place or is that too old to.

transplanedjville you should be a rejected transplant, this town has no time or room for your negative comments. If you would have been there you would know there was no show boats, just good honest caring men and women wanting to help and for a bonus have a little fun. By the way the reason Steve ran and lapped the other walkers is because he had an extra donation made if he could lap the walkers which he did.
