I agree with 56789. What kind of business owner allows intoxicated patrons to stay after hours to sober up? Call them a cab, which will help support another business in our city.

Poor babies. You work at a car dealership, what do you expect? All this "news-worthy" article tells me is that the employees at this dealership don't appreciate the fact they have jobs, considering there is still a large number of unemployed people in Rock County. Shame on you, Burtness Chevrolet and Janesville Gazette.

I've been using good old hydrogen peroxide to clean for a while now. What's greener than using something that is produced naturally? Not only is it an antiseptic for first-aid and gargling, but it is also a highly effective disinfectant and bleach without the harsh smells. It works great on the grout in my bathroom. Because of its bleaching effects, USE WITH CARE!! (This disclaimer prevents me from being sued if someone were to spill any onto their decorative rug.)

When I was a kid, I used to dip potato chips in my glass of Kool-Aid. My mom thought that was odd, but it was really good. It was an extreme mixture of sweet & salty.

An unfortunate accident, but a very heart-warming story.

@Paul_Lothary: It may not have been the MSG that caused your reaction because it is, unfortunately, a commonly used ingredient. You'd be surprised how many packaged & processed foods contain it. Just check your pantry & start reading labels. I think the lesson we've all learned here is not to buy unrefrigerated meat from a truck stop.

I have been on both sides of this fence. It all comes down to being courteous. If you're the customer, don't shop when you're in a bad mood. And if you're the cashier, try to act like you care. It's not hard to do & the customer appreciates it.

I have quite a few store credit cards, but I only use three: Target, on a regular basis; Kohl's, only when I can afford one of their big sales; and Old Navy, for the same reason as Kohl's.
I got my Target Visa when I transfered my prescription & received 10% off my purchases that entire day. I figured, 'why not?' since I already shopped at Target. They recently changed their rewards, but I think they're easier to use now. I've used this card other than at Target a few times.
I got my Old Navy Visa while Christmas shopping & also received 10% off my immediate purchases. I get a lot of coupons & online discounts from them which, combined with sale or clearance prices, I've gotten some really good deals. I've also used this card elsewhere, and recently received 3x rewards for doing so.
And since Kohl's is always packed during their big sales, I don't have to explain their card rewards. I am also allowed the 'minimum payment w/out a finance charge' benefit. All of my other store cards are always paid in full when due.
I had cards from JCPenney & Boston Store. I opened each to receive immediate savings on what I was purchasing at the times. I no longer choose to shop at Penney's, while Boston Store, unbeknownst to me, closed my account a few years ago for non-use.
I have cards from The Gap & American Eagle. I get rewards from The Gap, but they are related to my Old Navy Visa. AE had some reward system that was confusing to me. They still send a 20% coupon for my birthday, but I don't really shop there anymore.
The last store card I have is a Sears MasterCard. I opened it to get a discount when buying a pair of Levi's. I don't really get rewards, but I've received coupons mailed out with my statements for an array of items, from either Sears or Kmart, at discounted prices 'when I use my Sears Card.' I don't shop at either store much, so I don't use this card anymore.
