I think the article was meant to show that a grant has been obtained----the buildings are in such disrepair that they would have sat vacant for even more years. This way people will be going "downtown" and actually using and bringing business there. Why not use land that the village already owns instead of buying up land away from the village main street. Congrats Diana- wish something would revitalize Sharon:(

OMG---- I am in such shock over this....I can't believe--oh wait it said Walker broke his campaign promise--I thought we were reading about someone who hasn't been lying since he quit college to prove his point. Ask his "friends' in Delavan if you can find one.....Walker doesn't have an idea what the truth is and being honest means.

this is why so many people are upset with illegals because everyone is supposed to feel sorry for them...I don't ..not anymore....I can't get insurance -but they can- I can't get financial aid- but they can--I can't get W-2 but they can---jeez why should so many people not want the illegals around????Could it be because the ILLEGALS take from the LEGALS???

I have always wanted to go but the price for tickets is way too much for me. Would have loved to take the grandkids but I will have to watch from afar or find a place that encourages families to come out instead of just profits. If there were incentives such as family packages the attendance would be up.

bassman you have the wrong party that put us in the position we are in right now. Yes Walker is a college dropout and that's like telling a construction worker how to put up a wall. He knows nothing about education. Our good teachers will continue to leave our state and the teachers that do remain will not be doing our children a service. You get what you pay for. Especially the teachers in Milwaukee need a better eye but then again it was led by republicans.

Here is a brief summary of Mr. Walker’s political goals (to summarize: “He had three primary goals: 1) to break up the unions (public and private) in order to deliver Wisconsin for the pro-corporate (anti-American worker) Republican party, 2) to legislate huge corporate welfare tax breaks for those who put him into office and to whom he must now re-pay with “favors”, and 3) to reduce taxes…NOT for the middle class (those taxes are going up per the State Fiscal Budget Bureau) but for the wealthy, and for himself”) and after being “out-voted” by 10 to 1. Now who is remembering any of this?????

Has anyone looked up the meaning of ILLEGAL????? If you are going to remain in the US become legal and learn the language---You are not to be here as technically you are criminals. Why do we always have to change things for people that can not accommodate in the US. In Mexico you either learn Spanish and become a citizen or leave-plain and simple....Why do we have to bend over and kiss their ***** when all they do is cause us more hardship paying for their expenses. I swear if I see one more dropping off their children at school in a Lexus I'm going to .....but lets make sure they can get their college paid for when there are so many other LEGAL people not able too????
