On Janesville compost hours confuse users

Fantastic! I was hoping we could get even less services for our tax dollars. This is a stroke of pure genius! Since our government policies continue to erode our industrial employment base, the only jobs left will be lawn care, and so having access to the compost facility wouldn't be necessary after working hours.Thanks again to this brillant study group!
