I say do it. I think it would make things easier in the long run as far as having City Hall in the same building as the Police Station logistically speaking. Also the library really does need more space as well.

They heard, they just didn't want to do anything about it. This is what I hope this event will teach staff members. I hope this event will teach staff and community members what to do.

So what if I had people sent to the administration, none of the staff would do anything about it, and I had asked the people saying those things to stop and they didn't so I did something about it by having them sent to the administration. So what.

I am trying to do a good thing here.

I am trying to make the school climate better for everyone, gay or not gay. I am trying to stop bullying from happening to others. If you don't have anything positive to say don't comment at all.
