I think what samurai meant was: If they were driving illegally they shouldn't have been on the road and it wouldn't have happened. It does not make it right by any means that she was driving intoxicated. But if they were here illegally and driving illegally it wouldn't have happened. Yes it could have happened to someone else but bottom line is if you are somewhere where you are not legally supposed to be how can you sue.

Can you even by anything that is 100%made in the USA?? There's a big difference between made in the USA and assembled in the USA.

I totally agree with child support and the laws surrounding it. I do however know someone who was court-ordered to pay $90 a week for support. He lost his job, so, he contacted the courts to inform them he was no longer working. They didn't do anything to help, just told him to do what he could to make his payments...

We are taught our whole life yield to right, yield to right, right has right away. Then some "engineer" or moron with a title is what I like to call them thinks we should start yielding traffic from the left.
