On Does a Neighborhood Watch interest you?

Well from my experience it is not so much that it is a bad idea but over time it goes from Neighborhood Watch to Neighbor Watch.
There is always someone that wants to be the General Patton of the block.Or as we called the
couple on the street I was living on at the time,
"The Patio Patrol".
I think most neighbors keep a eye out for each other.

He is so out of touch with the common blue collar
and lower income family``s that I think it would just be a waste of time asking him anything.
But hey he dos shop at ace a lot,likes to mingle
