On Proposal would limit turbine locations
Posted on February 5 at 6:27 a.m. ( Suggest removal )
Let me add remarks to those of JimB (Feb 1, 2008 at 10:46 a.m.)
It is important, that the ecrow fund has a financial volume to cover the cost of a full replacement. Somewehere, wind energy managers try to convince public authorities to permit, that the wind turbines should only be removed until 1 meter maximum below normal zero gound level. But that would generate bad examples for the method "out of view, out of sense". This case of a resulting very special kind of underground landfill (waste may be 200 cubic meters cement and more than 50 tons steel per turbine) must be strictly prevented, better prohibited.
