It is important, that the ecrow fund has a financial volume to cover the cost of a full replacement. Somewehere, wind energy managers try to convince public authorities to permit, that the wind turbines should only be removed until 1 meter maximum below normal zero gound level. But that would generate bad examples for the method "out of view, out of sense". This case of a resulting very special kind of underground landfill (waste may be 200 cubic meters cement and more than 50 tons steel per turbine) must be strictly prevented, better prohibited.
