This picture is QUITE old. I don't even know right off hand what year the docks out front were built, and that repair shop has been gone for some time. Also the Old 95 is there and no Citgo station! Far up in the upper left hand corner is a lot of GREEN GRASS??? I know they built that Laborors Union hall up there around 1980, so this is easily pre-1980 and i wonder if it wasn't actually taken in Black and White in real time, like before color film? (What year?) I don't think they flew over places and then took black and white pictures too much before that!

Of course I’m sorry to all involved with this matter. . . First is going to be the legal issue of the dog roaming bloodied with no dog license. I’m no expert on weather dogs legally need to carry dog tags home alone during the day, but lack of them started a chain reaction here. Missing from this story seems to be the timeline, which one could guess all took place in a period of about half an hour or so. There was some fast decision making going on and a bunch of guys just sort of doing the best they could. Probably had every guy on this one, and certainly the best better interests of the public in general in mind as they were doing this, probably all today sorry for the outcome.
