If the fees weren't so high. More families would adopt the dogs and cats. In this economy they are asking more than other local shelters are. Many of us are going to those instead. They are also cleaner and better managed. My Son is volunteering in New Jersey (clean up from Sandy), I was taking care of his 2 dogs. One got loose and was taken in. almost they charged me $50.00 to get her back out. Even though, I called just as she was being brought in! That's Totally Ridiculous!

With this economy Rock County's 4H Fair is NOT on my list!
The grounds are Tiny TINY.
I think the cost is not equivalent to what you get!
I heard also, that some Grandstand Shows will cost and extra $20 to go see!

obey the laws and drivers always
be aware and life would be much
nicer and safer!!!

346.81 Lamps and other equipment on bicycles . (1) No person shall may operate
a bicycle upon a highway, bicycle lane or bicycle way during hours of darkness unless
such bicycle is equipped with or the operator is wearing a lamp on At emitting a
white light visible from a distance of, at least 500 feet to the front a-FA of such bicycle.
Such bicycle shall also be equipped with a red reflector that has a diameter of at least
2-1/2 inches of surface area on the rear so mounted and maintained as to be visible
from all distances from 50 to X99 500 feet to the rear when directly in front of lawful
upper beams of head lamps on a motor vehicle. A lamp emitting a red
light visible from a distance -of -3A8 500 feet to the rear may be used in addition to but
not in lieu of the red reflector.
