Most places that allow smoking do have separate rooms to accommodate the smoking crowd. Also, bars have ventilation exhaust fans to get rid of the smoke in the air. A very easy solution would be for a person not to patronize the place of business that may allow smoking.

I can also enjoy a beer or two and not get high. If you snort one line of coke you will get high if you smoke one joint you probably will get high if you do one hit of LSD you are going to get high.

Do you really think a person who smokes cigarettes gets high? Come on that's pretty foolish. Same with caffeine I drink it all the time and I don't get high. I used to smoke cigarettes and never got high. I smoked pot in College and definitely got high. You need to compare apples to apples.

Uninformed voters and a base that wasn't thrilled about McCain is why Obama won. He had has base ready to go out and vote. McCain wasn't a good choice for the republican party at all. The only reason is was as close as it was is because Palin got the base fired up.

It's not a code. It is the way the business is run. It should be up to the owner to decide if he wants smoking or not.
