Copied from the United Kennel Club. "The essential characteristics of the American Pit Bull Terrier are strength, confidence, and zest for life. APBTs make excellent family companions and have always been noted for their love of children. The APBT is not the best choice for a guard dog since they are extremely friendly, even with strangers. Aggressive behavior toward humans is uncharacteristic of the breed and highly undesirable. Disqualifications: Viciousness or extreme shyness."

Sigma40. Pit bulls were not originally used as fighting dogs. The Bull terrier breed were the original fighting dogs while pitbuls were the family breed. Did you know the RCA dog is a pitbull and that President Roosevelt owned a pitbull? Copied quote "With time, the dogs became more commonly domesticated due to their loyalty, loving and gentle nature with their owners.[5] In America, farmers and ranchers used their APBTs for protection, as catch dogs for semi-wild cattle and hogs, to hunt, and to drive livestock.[6] The dog was used during World War I and World War II as a way of delivering messages on the battlefield."

wtp- Where did you get the "handguns that hold 30 rounds"? This is a common misconception brought about with the recent shootings. The news media talks about use of handguns and rifles with 30 round clips. Your reference to 30 round clips has nothing to do with handguns and everything to do with the standard capacity of semi-automatic rifles such as the M-16 and AR-15. Please stop using this error to support your position.

On New state program aiming to connect workers with jobs

Its a great program. However, those who have been unemployed longer need the job help the most. This program will reduce the amount of time people are being paid unemployment and the amount of time they count as unemployed. Getting them jobs first makes the numbers look better, it doesn't necessarily help those that need it most.

Onlyinamerica. The little departments are an invaluable resource to those working in the bigger departments. If a deputy is trying to find out information about someone, the best place to get that information is from a local officer who knows everyone. I think the quality of service would go down having random deputies assigned to Orfordville instead of dedicated local officers.

Superpink. The commandment is "Thou shall not murder." It doesn't say you cannot kill. Is not stopping a killer of innocents justified?
