Let's demand, that clean Wisconsin group, as well as ANY politician, have a special water meter installed that is tamper proof. so before they can put this upon the rest of US. we first see them make conservation in their own "backyards & homes" first!

or better yet, make them foot the ENTIRE costs from their own pockets, so it won't cost US a dime. this is absurd in this declining economy.

DEMAND the PSC to force the electric company to have more crews locally.

what if... dane county and the iowa crews had to restore power in their own areas? rock county would still have a much higher number still without power.

plus the crews working for WPL / alliant are then overworked trying to make up for the deficencys of the managment greed being allowed to bare bones a few crews.
.
this is not acceptable, think about it rock county residents before the next storm, how would you feel having to wait days, weeks for power to be restored? and in freezing conditions.

what is odd, was 4,000 customers south of janesville yesturday without power due to the heat blowing a transformer at the power plant substation at 6:20pm to 7:55pm and the need to send many fire trucks. and not a mention from the gazette about it.
