On Wisconsin teachers union endorses Falk

Posted on February 9 at 9:49 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

WEAC endorses Falk only because she swears to restore bargaining to the Union. That includes having the school districts take the money from the teacher's paychecks and hand it over to WEAC again. Over 60,000 teachers in the state, $800+ apiece = Some big money and political muscle. WEAC is a parasite fighting for dominance! Wake up Dems, they are not fighting for you.

This has been a lot of fun to read-my first car was a 68 Camaro I paid $1400 for. Really wish I had it today. The people who have commented on their cars Wortnik 67 Pontiac Lemans what a great car! Cardmember a 67 Tempest, I think that was the first car where the gas pedal was not connected to the floor, but free floating pedal and think it could have been a 326. ThirdEye a 55 Chevy Green and White, I know that car - Fedup taxpayer a 64 Impala- Wow! That was better than my car. Anyway memories of long lost cars make me happy.

I'm happy to hear Gov. Walker will speak at Generac as I believe it is an honor to have him there. Keep working for us and the future of Wisconsin! The changes our current majority government in WI have enacted since he was elected have begun to turn the finacial situation towards the positive side!

On Obama plan would make small dent in jobless rate

Posted on September 24 at 6:16 p.m. ( Suggest removal )

Retired Air Force - I totally agree with your comments. Reid, Pelosi (who ever voted for her?) and Obama have taken our country to the depths of hell. Seems that no one cares. It is hard to understand that nonsense. Well, there are people who care - need a quick election!

On Wisconsin college vice chancellor decides to quit

Posted on September 17 at 12:36 p.m. ( Suggest removal )

The reason this is an issue lies in the fact that the man retired, then went back to work in the exact same position. Hence, the double dipping. There are prohibitions written into the law, that a retiring school employee is aware of when applying for retirement benefits. It speaks to timing and intent. The question here is did he cross that line. And yes, there are many teachers and some administrators working in their former districts after applying for benefits.

On School door locks vandalized before Walker visit

Posted on August 27 at 8:33 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

Yada, Try to stay on message. This was vandalism. Vandalism is illegal, vandalism wastes money. Harping on Scott Walker's education shows that you evidently think your own education is superior and that anyone without a degree is somehow inferior. How foolish and arrogant you are!

On Do recalls offer more hope for compromise?

Posted on August 14 at 9:07 p.m. ( Suggest removal )

I agree with gpawcat, recalls should be for serious misconduct or a felony charge while in office. As far as Greg Pecks question-do we have more hope for compromise? It seems the people in Madison building a stand by the Capitol will never let go. The governor has done the right thing- did anyone ever think about his wife? She was proud her husband became governor, however she has not had one day to celebrate or feel good, the boys in school -my god- sons of the governor of Wisconson- anyway hope you know my feeling.
GO BADGERS!
