If the patient was not in any danger with the nurse leaving why was the nurse in there to begin with? Sounds like poor management in more ways than one.
Sorry to the nurse that lost her job.
There will probably be a manager's job opening soon that you can apply for though.

This is unbelievable. It's why our court systems are so backed up.
Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing we all have. However, code of conduct goes without saying. You sure can't go into work and swear like a trooper claiming your "freedom of speech".

Don't 2 first offenses equal a second offense for more serious penalties? Even if they are in different states he has broken the same serious law.
Once again someone getting off easier than they should because of who they are.
Next time I get a ticket I'm going to wear a football uniform to court to get out of it.
