Good for the "jump" by these communities. Its about time that something was done in the proactive sense. Too many times something was done after it was too late. Obviously this is somewhat of growing trend. Why not attempt to head it off? The state will come up w/ a law (probably after Illinois does.) Housewife, yes, it can be charges in municipal court if an ordinance is in place. Any ordinance can be more constrictive than state law but not less. They can create a ban on flip-flops if they want!. As far as the "DEA" I think you mean "FDA" but I could be wrong. The reason the FDA has not been involved is because this product is not intended for human consumption much like tire cleaner and such. Unfortunatley, there are those that will put anything into their body!

Rooster that was outstanding. This is my fist time reading this article and blogs. Right when I saw the headline and before reading the story, I immediately thought, "What, the referee was not good enough that they had to get the cops involved?" I guess we have a similar sense of humor.
