On Shooting victim played dead so gunman would leave

By the time they exhaust their rights to numerous appeals after a death sentence, it loses its severity as a punishment. I doubt the victims' families find any relief in enduring the rehashing of the crime's horrific details during each new appeal. The only good seems to be in the form of financial gain for lawyers.
Personally, I think he should get life in prison and be required to view videos submitted by all his ex-girlfriends of them enjoying life without him...since that seems to be what REALLY bugs the crap out of him. ;p

Thug mentality: "If you're not strong enough to keep it, it's mine."
No self-control, no sense of responsibility, no patience to work and earn what you want. Just selfishly take it from someone else. Grrrrrrr.

Ditto Long_Time_Gone :)
Really enjoyed visiting the downtown area when I was a kid. Buying school clothes from Sears in the blue building, standing and watching the river float an occasional limb by, movies at the Jeffris Theater and I just loved Woolworth's diner...the best hamburgers, fries and oooo those heavenly chocolate malts. Can remember one wall section with women's aprons displayed including gauzy, frilly ones for holiday dinners and one of the female clerks wore white plastic frame cat-eye glasses. God love her!

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."
I'm proud of the USA for allowing EVERYONE legal representation when they have been wronged. And this is no small wrong. The depth of the Calimlim's avarice and oppressive manipulation for almost two decades leaves me ill with disgust.
If I met Irma Martinez, I'd give her a hug. If I met The Calimlims, I'd spit on them.

Legal...illegal...why would you do something so controversial in a public place? As Bugs Bunny would say, "What a maroooooon."

How about a street sign saying, "Werewolf Crossing". I know I'd sure slow down and look carefully around. :-o
