Oh yeah - I use mine all the time! I even bought a second one (at a thrift store) to be able to make 2 loaves at a time or 2 batches of pizza dough at a time. My family just loves the plain old white bread recipe that came with the machine. Allrecipes.com has lots of bread machine recipes. As far as cleaning, just fill the pan with water and let it soak overnight.

Grilled corn on the cob - soak it in water, husk and all for about 20 minutes. Put on the grill for about 20-25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes or so. And our new favorite - Chicago corn - mix mayo, lime juice and chili powder to taste, brush over cooked corn then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Just to let everyone know, there are also GIRLS in this class - my daughter is one of them - and she's having a great time. The teachers are wonderful!
