What most people fail to recognize is that tax breaks mean the following:
If you are working - some relief from the tax burden you must shoulder
If you are NOT working - sigh of relief that you don't have to go back to work, and you can stay on break.
It doesn't matter if you are middle class or "rich", or a social program player. A tax break is a tax break.

I agree with most on here. People won't vote because they have to wait 15 minutes in line, but they will wait 24hrs in the cold to buy a Chinese knock off TV. You know that TV will look real nice set up in that mobile home.....

Problem with Mr Eyster is he wants people to engage his article, but only if they have a point he can squash. He hides that under the assumption of "irrelevance". I am taking a guess that after 16 years of ownership, if you haven't done anything with the building by now, you probably won't. It is either paralysis by analysis, or flamboyent incompetence. Either way, a sad situation. The city wouldn't even have to be involved if project/plan/investment was managed properly.

Go with acting Chief Moore and be done with it. He should have got the job before Mahan was hired but was passed up. I understand expanding applicants to make sure we go with the best candidate, but we have him already. Don't let him go or loose him this time!
