I see a huge time savings for all EMERGENCY responders for incidents on the interstate. As of right now they have to go 4 miles out of their way to Janesville to get on or 4 miles out of their way to Newville....I think this is a long time past due.....

My heartfelt condolences to Pat and all of Arts family. I've known Art since we ran track against each other in high school and ended up in the same Police Academy class. Art took on new part time job with me as and officer on the Rock River Safety Patrol and was alway a laugh a minute. Art I miss ya already, Forever FA#1

The only thing I can say is that there is something wrong with the police commission or maybe the City Administrator is behind not hiring a interim chief. That department needs some guidance and direction
