Charter probably depends on the fact that most of us are not tech wizards.

I'm certainly glad someone is on top of their scheme.
I don't need any more bill increases & I don't want any dumb
box on top of my TV.

Congratulations on the expansion!
My sister & I came in recently one very rainy eveing.
We appreciated the coziness. Wish you could incorporate that aspect in the new place.
It's just a nice walk down the street for the neighbors.

From WINNIE THE POOH to LOVE IN THE TIME CHOLERA..and all the many in between....... No, I can't imagine not having those books in my hands. My Arm chair travel is with books, they open my world. I love my book shelves full - they are collected and precious.

I see the kindle - I think it's for the real travelers - the frequent flyers.
But not for me. I hope never.

I love the new size - it's comfortable.
I like the fact that we use less paper - environment friendly!
It's nice to see progress.
Glad we're keeping the main office downtown - in the heart of the city.
