On PLEASE!!! Can I have a goat???

Though I enjoy cutting the grass, I really want a milking goat. I'd use the milk for cooking and to make cheese.
Our neighbor has a goat in their backyard. Wholly owned, not rented or government subsidized. At first the constant bleeting was noisy. Now it has lessened and is rather humorous. I am very envious.
