On Mercy plans to build $6 million facility in Janesville

Thank you, @PositivePatty! As she stated, we do want your feedback!
.
And as I stated on another article:
.
As a Mercy Partner (employee), I've had the privilege of seeing so many great things take place within our organization, many of those initiatives created due to the feedback provided by many of you - our patients and customers.
.
With the past concerns about our ER wait times and location, I believe this new ER and clinic will help to improve what we can offer in customer service and care.
.
Due to my residence, I know this will make access easier for me (and my family). I hesitate to say that I can't wait to use the new facility, since I'm sure we all can agree we would rather never need to use an ER or urgent care. But, I will be grateful to know it is there.

On What's It Going To Be?

My son is asking for several train sets - beyond the basic Thomas-type sets. But then this year, he wants every toy in the catalog (liked it better last year, when he wanted one item, which we quickly purchased early).

Will be braving the crowds early - but not for his gifts, since I don't think he wants any of the "hot" gifts. I do it more for the fun of get into the spirit of giving. And I find deals for families/people we "adopt" for the holidays.

I'm excited about this renovation. East has expanded services in the past, and has been quickly running out of room - it will be nice to see the upgrades!

As a Mercy partner, I'm always concerned when customers express they have had a bad experience with Mercy. From working here, I know we have many great partners, who work to exceed customer satisfaction, and like me, they take pride in the quality care Mercy provides.

I hope you have shared any concerns you have with our customer relations department, as we welcome and review all feedback - always looking for ways to improve the experiences of our patients.

On Influential Janesville teacher dies unexpectedly

My condolences to the family, as I've lost loved ones too soon, also.

He sounds like he was a wonderful teacher, and I hope people take the time to honor his life here, since I'm sure it would mean a lot to his family and friends, to see how he influenced so many lives.
