Most of the news stories you hold till after 4 have been posted by other Internet news media sites as they become availabe.
I can't see where holding news till 4 or after helps the Gazette except make you look 2nd class as a news source.
On Wis. Assembly censures lawmaker for arrests

Apparently his constituents don’t care because it is the people that he serves who should standup and voice their concerns in the form of a recall petition instead of leaving it to the legislature.

They need to do a study to see how much it would cost the all of the Geat Lakes States if the Asian carp do get into the Great Lakes instead of being biased toward one areas economy.

OSHA and the Labor Department are nothing more than Political Puppets of the (legislature) US Government. It was the Unions that pressured the legislature to create those agencies to protect everyone not just their own members. Neither of those agencies do a lot for the working class unless they are pushed by the unions, a private individual can call or file complaints but few if any are ever explored.
Minimum wages are just barely above the poverty level, it was Unions that helped create the middle class that our country is losing at a fast pace and unless people stand up and become unified there will be no middle class left.
The Unions might be down now but once people see the profits companies and the executives are making compared to their own declining, paltry wages, Unions will raise again.

CallitasIseeit: Social Security didn't fail it was our greedy republicans and democrats politicians who failed. It started years and years ago when they put there greedy fingers into the pot of money and replaced it with worthless IOU's.
On GM sales exec says company won't reopen factories

facts101: GM could have just walked away from the plant when they bankrupted. They would not have been liable for toxic waste that may or may not be there, the Government or I should say we the taxpayers would have to shoulder the burden of clean up.
They kept the plant along with Spring Hill, TN for future use if sales ever again reach the point of needing more production space.

Senate Bill 222
http://www.legis.state.wi.us/2009/data/S...
This bill also expands the exceptions to general restrictions on possessing or
transporting a firearm, bow, or crossbow in or on a vehicle. Under current law, with
certain exceptions, no person may place, possess, or transport (place) a firearm, bow,
or crossbow in or on a vehicle unless: 1) for a firearm, the firearm is unloaded and
completely enclosed in a case that is made for the purpose of containing a firearm;
or 2) for a bow or crossbow, the bow or crossbow is either unstrung or enclosed in a
carrying case. This bill eliminates the requirement that an unloaded firearm placed
in a vehicle be in a case. The bill also provides that the prohibitions against the
placement of a firearm, bow, or crossbow in a vehicle do not apply if the vehicle is
stationary. The bill does not change the current law prohibition against shooting a
firearm, bolt, or arrow from a vehicle.
