i have to ask why are we putting money into this program? when we have none to begin with! if it's just for the sake of harassing and belittling drunken drivers who have a problem controlling there drinking, maybe we should also think about mapping all the other things that can also cause "great body harm" as well, such as, Heroin users, thief's, Mobsters, and all STD Carrier's in the city....i don;t believe ya have a big enough map!....go ahead,spend more money we DON'T HAVE....

as my wife and i were on our way home last night from a social function, we were glad to see the Janesville police as well as our STATE TROOPERS out there in full force looking for these COWARDS! a word TO THE COWARDS, don't kid yourselves, there is someone, somewhere, that saw what you did, i hope you remember what we do with cold blooded murders here in Janesville...LIFE WITHOUT ANY POSSIBLE CHANCE FOR PAROLE! ... condolences to his family and RIP SAM, Milton wrestling will never forget ya
