When Walker ran for Govenor he said he was going to balance the budget. Now that he is trying to actually do it people are out raged. The state is broke time to make cuts. I say good bye to those of you that are losing your jobs and to the rest time to cut wages and benefits. I FOR ONE BACK THE GOVENORS DECISION. Do what you were elected to do Govenor Walker!!!!!!!

Be careful what you wish for
Why there are plenty of people out there with degrees for teaching that dont have jobs yet that will be willing to go along with the governor.

The country is broke time to cut back. What if all city, county, state, and federal employees took a 20% pay cut and reduced benefits what would this save? It time to cut, cut, cut and if you dont like find a new career. Why should tax payers keep paying for all your retirement and increased wages. If we pay for your health insurance why cant we pay for everyones health insurance???

Hey way to go teachers this shows what is most important to you. Like was said before if you dont like it you dont have to do this for a living. Dont know where people think all the unlimited funds to keep paying for wages and benefits is gonna come from. The government is broke time to start cutting. With the janesville school ranking with grades you might as well just hiring min wage temp workers cant hurt the grades too much more and will save alot of money for the city, county, and state.

JohnDoe- I lived in Janesville my whole life until a couple of months ago. So Janesville will always be my home town, therefore I still read the Gazette daily and I still have my two cents worth. I left because I am sick of the way the city is run and the constant tax more spend more attitude there. As several people comment that if you dont like it leave, well I dont like it. Also I read the local paper and comment here also. I dont know how Im being "Fascade" I am just active in everthing that I am passionate about. Also Florida is a very nice place. The people are warm and friendly and the beaches whenever you want is a great benefit. Sure does beat Lions Beach!!!

Cut it back so that they can give raises and better benefits to the city employees instead of cut backs there. Spend Spend Spend Janesville on things that are not needed so that you can cut back on the things that are needed. You make no sense!! I am glad that I moved and here in Florida where they are low on money they actually cut back on spending the right way. The employees of the city and county have not had any raises in 5 years. If there is no money then dont spend!!!!!!!!! Idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
