I'm surprised peer pressure doesn't keep teenagers from trick-or-treating. When I was 11 and mentioned trick-or-treating to my friends, they all said to me, "aren't you a little old for that?" and that was the end.

Those trying to defend the truthfulness of his statement or his right to say it are missing the point.
Comparing Hitler to ANY American candidate is just wrong and incredibly offensive, especially to those whose families were the victims of his mass slaughter.

On the one hand, I can't believe you would even consider printing letters containing items you know to be false.
