On Talking trash: Janesville City Council considers changes

We pay 8x more for the library than to clean up our own trash (taken from that city newsletter we all get). Something is wrong with that picture. Or maybe we're all just that disgusting. Basically, we need mass education because people are still failing to realize that all the trash they create (mostly unnecessarily) GOES SOMEWHERE. Crazy idea, huh. We need to create less trash as well as manage it more effectively. Everyone just has to have something to complain about though, huh?
