I just love it!!...Everday, people are arrested for Domestic Violence. People are using weapons and beating their spouses. But when it involves a officer, The paper fells the need to make sure they publish a seperate article and everybody needs to spout off how crooked all cops are because one got in trouble. Let the guy have his day in court and if he gets convicted, let him get punished.

This guy sucks. He signed an oath and now he's refusing to support his country and help his fellow soliders and americans. This guy needs to be court martialed, jailed and be labeled a coward!!

ljs64.....I agree with you on this. As sad as this incident is, this guy chose his destiny. Let the Jail staff finish their job and let the family handle this in their own way. Faulting the Jail and/or their health care system is just plain STUPID!!

It is our business. The family may sue the Sheriff's Dept because he couldn't deal with the trouble he got himself into. That could affect the comminity in a lot of different ways. It is a tragedy and I do feel for his family, but remember, This guy was in jail for a felony and was in lockdown. That means he couldn't keep himself out of trouble in jail let alone on the streets.

Or it may have to do nothing with the facility's health care. Maybe this guy didn't disclose a medical problem, maybe it was a fight gone wrong, suicide or possible overdose. How about we wait to find out the cause of death before we start bashing and blaming the facility. The jail may have nothing to do with it.

The bottom line is this....If you don't want to go through process to become a U.S, citizen, then you don't get privileges that come with being citizen. people who live here for a extended period of time and don't become citizens are either criminals or are trying to get out of paying taxes....Sad.
