Education is fine, but some people never learn, or care. Sometime I think that everyone that has a second charge, should be sent for mental evaluation to make sure that they are not using alcohol as substitute for medication.

whoa...maybe it's me but I thought everyone with an education knew that hotel/motel/inn's charged local room tax, that goes to the city that it is located in.
I am not from Evansville but I do know that it's not the worst managed city, but a city struggling to keep up with an explosive growth rate, due to people moving out of "the big City of Madison".
"rims" if you don't like the way its run why don't you run for Mayor.....

Hello it says a minimum fine of $48 each. I have never heard of a Wisconsin 10 over law.
That is just dum. Read the laws, its your right.
