I to am a Veteran, but saying the pledge in Spanish doesnt upset me for being a Veteran but upsets me more that this is the United States our Language is English, so if you hear you speak English. If the Spanish Class wishes to say the pledge in Spanish Class they can do it in Class after the United States Pledge is recieted.

Yes Congratulations to the Students and their advisors for a good day. It is time this city and the Country realize that Gay/Lesbian/Transgender people do exist, and all they want is to feel safe and respected for what they can and will provide to this city and country. They will be workers/leaders for tomorrow. Great job! Keep up the good work!

I agree. We are growing in many ways.
It's not like Gays haven't been around since...
As Americans, we have to acknowledge that we all have a place here in this beautiful country.
We won't change your families. We just want to be happy.
I think it's called the pursuit of happiness?

Am glad to see that all students are treated equally! Gay/Lesbian/Transgendered students have a right to have a group they can identify with. It is also a way for straight students to understand a gay students concerns and problems.

On Citizens voice concern over Gay-Straight Alliance in Janesville schools

I feel the club/group should be allowed, it is the only outlet a lot of gay teens have to share their views and concerns with others, weather they are gay or straight. Plus you do not recruit gays, you are born that way.
