On Father charged with killing infant daughter

I find it amusing how I am accused of being a friend or relative and of defending someone sinmply because I point out your rush to judgement. Your line of thinking would have thrown away the key on Richard Jewell. Something doesn't smell right about this case, nobody dumps baby bathwater outside anymore, and I suspect there's more to this story than we are being told right now. I for one will be waiting to see how this all plays out before judging anybody. They would have loved some of you people during the Salem witch trials.

And as far as your so-called confession...he DENIED...MAY HAVE been too rough...NOT a confession. As soneone who deals in details like these on a daily basis, I can assure you, this is not considered a confession, and anyone bringing this to a judge would be laughed out of the courtroom.

"Conversate" isn't a word...try "converse" or "conversing".

First of all, if you people knew anything about the law, you'd have sense to know that all the evidence mentioned in the news report is circumstantial at best. The fact is (deny this all you want) there is no confession. Had he confessed, the story would have mentioned it. Saying you may or may not have done something is not a confession...sorry you would-be executioners. Seriously, you need to learn the difference between a criminal complaint and undisputed facts. You're assuming these are facts in the case when they aren't. It doesn't take a genius to jump to conclusions with half the facts. Why don't you save your comments for when the facts come out, and THEN form an opinion? Or would that be too logical?

Pandow77, your man-hating has clearly taken over your reason here. The facts do not tell everything that happened. The fact is he has been CHARGED is not a CONVICTION. The fact that the baby sustained these terrible injuries is not proof as to who did this. You might do better to learn the distinction, rather than condemning this man for the mistakes your ex made. Further more, there is no confession, or any other concrete proof offered to show that it was even the father who did this. The only thing that IS proved here is that you are very good at finger pointing and making baseless accusations before the facts are known.
