It just goes to show that as illegal aliens flee Alabama, the unemployment rate is dropping for American labor--as according to several reports? Enforcement policing protocols are having the desired effect, which proves that state immigration laws do work if practiced and not neglected. My guess is that although I have not heard of any similar hiring statistics in Arizona, Georgia, South Carolina and even Utah, but it wouldn’t surprise me if this news hasn’t been suppressed by the newspapers and the central government. It will be very interesting to learn if promises are kept by the 4 remaining presidential personages. Even Gingrich’s agenda to give the long time illegal aliens some form of pardon, without citizenship. Whereas, I hate to think of a returning President Obama will have in-store for the United States? Whatever his idea of enforcing immigration laws are, it will just attract even more impoverished and criminals to arrive via our almost unprotected border or by international jet.

The Legal Workforce Act (H.R.2164) would:

* Phase in E-Verify over three years, starting with the largest companies first.
* Require the Social Security Administration (SSA) to target illegal aliens using fake social security numbers by sending out “no match” letters to employers if the name and social security number of a current employee do not match. Requires the employer to check those employees through E-Verify after receiving a “no match” letter.
* Require SSA to send a yearly notification to each owner of a social security number that has multiple employers reporting income to that number indicating that the number may have been stolen and is being used by illegal aliens. Requires employers to run through E-Verify those employees who are likely to have stolen the number from the legitimate owner.
* Establish a phone verification system as an alternative to using the electronic system.
* Require the use of E-Verify for those contracted at day labor sites and other referral or recruitment services.
* Protect employers who use the system in good faith from liability if the system makes an error on eligibility.
* Protect states’ and localities’ authority to revoke business licenses of employers who fail to use E-Verify as required by this Act.
* Significantly increases the penalties for employers who refuse to use the system, or who intentionally try to game it. The fines levied can be up to $25,000 per unauthorized worker and a minimum one-year prison sentence may be imposed on an employer who engages in a “pattern or practice” of violations.
* Require SSA to lock the use of social security numbers when it is being used by someone other than the rightful owner, when the owner has violated immigration laws and been ordered to leave the country, or when the owner’s temporary visa has expired.

Known nationwide to businesses and the general public alike as the mandatory E-Verify program.Of course like anything else, the Leftist advocacy groups have tried to tear it apart, but mostly to no avail. Originally, when it came up for a vote over a year ago, good old Senator Harry Reid nearly got it tabled, but it squeezed through to the dismay of all his big corporate contributors and that when the American public became more aware. Smiths new law would reinstate the no-match letter program to help identify the 7 million illegal aliens currently holding non-agriculture jobs. It would require most employers to use E-Verify within two years of enactment. Large employers, federal, state, and local agencies and federal and state contractors would need to comply within six months.

The only problem I see with it, is safeguards for the State of Arizona law, along with Georgia, Alabama, and other States that have enacted laws ahead of H.R.2164. After the realization that Arizona was losing its shirt in upwards of $2 Billion, 569 Million annually from subsidizing the waves of illegal aliens coming across the unsecured border.(FAIRS analysis.) This was the inception of the struggling American people's peaceful revolt, against Capital Hill, and each of the 50 States being crippled by foreign nationals. Not just from those stealing across our borders, but the 40 percent that takers in their mind, to illegal immigrate through airports arrivals or even from entering by boat or ferry. The United States has had an open border for way too long, and now with the crippling recession the whole illegal alien invasion has catapulted into one of the main political issues today.

The most disturbing effect of this particular issue, that other family member can join those already here and hid away in their government backed homes.

As thousands of people join the TEA PARTY, it is obvious that they have the right avenue towards building a better tomorrow. Their ticket to the 2012 elections is less government, less taxes (A fair taxing system, without loopholes for everybody) and reducing Illegal Immigration to a real trickle. When states like Arizona cannot rely on the US government, to construct the—REAL FENCE—at the border, then it has been forced by huge entitlement programs for foreign nationals crossing our sovereign perimeter to build another 78 miles of the fence through public and commercial donations. States are waking up as the look at their dwindling amounts of money in their treasuries? California, the first Sanctuary State that’s Liberal Congress, gives away freely benefits to millions of illegal alien homes. That’s why they are trying to climb out of a giant financial hole of $26 Billion dollars. Insist you’re Representative in Washington, that they rescind any Immigration reform bills, Sanctuary Cities and state, the Dream Act and anything that has the rotten stench of AMNESTY. Never mind the original giant Amnesty of the 1986 Immigration Control and reform Act, cost only 76 Billion dollars. This is just a projection of the Census Bureau’s 11 million illegal aliens who have homesteaded here. But most activist organizations are of the opinion, there are more than 20 million living illegally in the US, while 8 million plus foreigners have employment.

In this dragging recession how can Democrats, even discuss such an issue? Have the liberal progressives lost their minds, when there are 13 million American out of a job? It's too incomprehensible, to even conceive such an awful situation for the lower income workers having to compete with this new source of potential hires? The majority of illegal aliens today are-ECONOMIC; they are here for their share of discretionary spending at Federal, State or Municipal level.

One of the largest costs that would certainly make a difference is cutting benefits to illegal aliens. $113 Billion dollars, from the Federal government, that is not counting State, County and community for these hundreds of welfare and public services. Few know the amount of money paid out to parents of a child that receives an immediate birthright citizenship. Each child receives entitlements of what US citizens get, even though the parents are illegal.

The bottom line for any mass amnesty or as recorded Immigration Reform, gives those who are naturalized the right to petition (Form I-130 Petition for alien Relative) for their whole family, to legally enter America. America has plunged into a 14.5 Trillion dollar deficit and is seemingly on the edge of a devastating future, unless we start not only combating illegal immigration that we can no longer subsidize or we become a peons of China and other countries that own our debt. We have little we can do about the illegal immigration until the US government honors its commitment to defend our borders. Congress must implement E-Verify as a mandated business policing problem. And every individual who is arrested must be fingerprinted according to the "Secure Communities" program and forwarded to ICE.

It’s regrettable we don’t follow the same laws as countries in Europe, which is using a “Points-System” for legal immigration. Offering entry visas to the extremely skilled people with profession knowledge in their specialized occupation, as they will not end up in the welfare offices? Many of these people live under primitive circumstances, so saving their wages; sending according to a banking report 46 billion dollars out of America. Every day, the US grows inferior because our senators and congressmen, and corporations, are aiding and abetting, encouraging illegal alien migration into our country. A recent statistic by Visa banking card confirmed wire transfers to Mexico last year reached $40 billion, to South America 25 billion and the Orient 15 Billion dollars in wire transfers.

The 1986 Amnesty cost taxpayers 76 billion dollars. A new immigration reorganization package will outlay an astronomical figure, which comes out your pockets. Even scarier is supporting the illegal alien household that has already settled here? Some say 12 million, but most non-profit sovereignty groups say it’s over 20 million and counting? Can we afford subsidizing the farming community anymore, as they pay nothing in benefits and small living wage? No health care and we pay their children's schooling. Temporary Guest Worker programs are rampant with deceit, as all special visas for hires. It unquestionably makes no logical sense when 15 million Americans cannot find a job? We just cannot be the emergency room care or education privileges for the rest of humankind, anymore. Another major issue is foreigners voting in only-for-citizens election. This is no longer an isolated issue and States nationwide, need to enact stringent rules that includes showing picture ID to prove they are legally able to vote? Join the Tea Party and also ply your representatives in Washington, State or even local level for answers?

I watched a meeting of the Cato Institute on C-Span, which slurred Bloggers like me, saying that illegal workers were an economical benefit to America? Frank Sherry should be asked about Earned Income tax credit and try to deny it?

The Liberal wing of Democrats are trying to drive a wedge between Hispanics and the General population, But the plain fact is that there are millions of legalized and multi-generations of Hispanic citizens, who wish to disassociate themselves from South of the border. Equally abhorrent are overstays recognized to be 40 percent of the illegal occupation. If Mexico and other countries has a way of tracking arrivals through ports of entry, by plane, ship or even over the Canadian border, why is this not implemented by Homeland Security and ICE? Hispanic and honest legalized immigrants are cordially welcome to join the TEA PARTY.

It’s more important than ever to join the PEOPLES party, the TEA PARTY. The Tea Party is for all legal Americans, naturalized citizens and those holding green cards. Offend or please! Americans must dissolve the power mongers influence and open border nuts in Washington. The monolithic Tea Party will vote them out in the next election, or we will continue the US path of financial disintegration. This un-American movement will not be tolerated, and should never be ratified without a national referendum. Our country is a nation of laws, especially when it comes to integration of other countries. Currently the Democrats desire to force on—ALL—the American peoples a new Amnesty, cloaked in Immigration Reform. Indirectly the Dream Act would have the same purpose, allowing these Students to sponsor family members. Chain Migration is already accelerating and costing Americans billions of dollars a year. Sanctuary states are another enigma, which is about sheltering foreign nationals which is California's and Nevada's cross to bare.
