Latinmammi2- I think that what mickie is saying is correct. The information given tells the story and the tragic outcome. I see from your posts that you try to be there for the underdog, which in some instances is admirable. In others not. The point some are making, myself included is that this young man should not have even been here illegally. This is another issue, yet it is part of this story. So I agree that had he been where he was suppose to be, this would not have happened. Not to mention the fact, that we Legal American Tax payers have to now foot his bill in the court systems, and house and feed him in the Jail. Sad.

I agree it is sad. Worse yet we tax payers have to foot the bill for all the court costs, jail costs, and so forth. But who helps the family of the man killed, who is most likely here legally, not under any influence, not carrying a weapon?

On Wanted billboards catch criminals

This concept started years ago with the "dead beat dad" posters. Fathers/mothers who were not paying child support.. I think they should toss a few of these up on the billboards as well.
