The council could have cut the meeting short by having the vote at the beginning as in my mind they had their minds made up how they were going to vote before they got there.

I pay S120.00 a month for cable TV & internet. For the cable portion I get 7o some channels which are mainly useless. I watch maybe 10 at the most.

This should not be funded by the taxpayers, but I am sure the Gazette is all for this. This is another thing government has no business getting into, let Genarac & those that want it pay the full cost.
