I went and had lunch with my daughter at school one day and it I hadn't met the principal before, I would have thought he was the gym teacher. He was wearing a sweat suit (maybe he was filling in for the gym teacher that day.)

This would be a good time for anyone who has needed or had a family member on BadgerCare Plus to have a discussion with your legislature. The cuts would be to limit eligibility to 130% of the FPL for adults with dependent children. Four a family of 4 that would be $2300 per month gross. Not sure how they will pay for housing, utilities, and medications on that kind of income. Rather than sticking it to the uninsured, why not look for provider waste.

Actually Billie, this topic was part of the Budget repair bill that already passed. It gave Walker the control to change the Medicaid program without legistlative input. I too believe that the decision has been made... DHS is just trying to make you think that they want your ideas.

I could care less what political party, religious affiliation, or favorite football team a candidate has. Why not do an article about what platform each are running on? Give the voters real information to help them decide.
