For the second time in two nights, the Janesville Jets and Minnesota Wilderness could not be separated after regulation and overtime.
Saturday, though, it was the Jets who emerged with two points.
The Wilderness rallied from a two-goal, third-period deficit, but Tanner Polglaze and Jakov Novak cashed in shots during a shootout to lift Janesville to a 5-4 NAHL win Saturday in Cloquet, Minnesota.
Novak scored twice in the first period and added two assists for Janesville (28-9-2-2). The Jets led 4-2 through two periods before Edward Lindelow and Ashton Altmann struck to help Minnesota (22-18-2-2) send the game to overtime.
Janesville goalie Garrett Nieto made 42 saves for the second straight game. The Jets fell 2-1 to the Wilderness on Friday after losing a shootout 1-0.
The Jets continue their swing through Minnesota with games Friday and Saturday against the Minnesota Magicians.
